The 26-year-old dental student who marginally missed a spot in ‘The Bachelor’ finale last season, landed herself as the New Bachelorette in the iconic ABC series ‘ The Bachelorette’. This new series has been launched this Tuesday in place of Real Housewives on New York who were not ready to go on air at this point of time. She will be providing the necessary inputs and guidance to the hopeful contestants in the show.

‘Live to Dance‘ is going to be one of the most inclusive talent searches on TV. Dancers with unrefined ability, belonging to any age group from across the nation can take part in the audition either performing solo or in a group. They can also audition in any form of dancing – from ballet to break dance, tap to tango. They can even come up with their own fusion style!

However, only the most talented 18 among these dancers will get the chance to be on the show to battle for the right to be crowned ‘Live to Dance‘ champion. But that’s not all! The Winner will be awarded a $500,000 prize. Yes, it is a winner takes all competition- so one has to give their best to aim for the top spot.

Do you like shows about weight-loss transformations? Then MTV has something for you. Watch out for the new weight-loss reality show “I Used to Be Fat” that premieres tonight on MTV (DISH Network channel number 160). The documentary series will follow teens during the summer after high school as they sweat it out to lose weight and transform themselves completely before entering college. You are sure to like this one.

College is all about starting fresh. Teens can leave their high school behind and move on without preconceived notions and remodel their lives. But if they are overweight, they find it difficult to mingle with the rest of the lot. So, the teenagers features in this reality docu-series are desperate to shed those extra pounds. This show comes from the producers of The Biggest Loser.

JD Roth, the executive producer of I Used to Be Fat said “That reboot of your life can happen over one summer. The kids who really dedicated themselves and really wanted this made changes that are staggering. We had multiple kids lose 100 pounds.” Each hour-long episode will focus on one teen as he or she leaves the high school and goes to college.

The show will also feature the transition in between. The teens meet trainer, nutritionists and doctors to reshape their bodies and their lives. The show will give the viewers an inspirational account of their physical and emotional transitions. Just like the MTV hit Jersey Shore, this new show is unscripted.
