Location: Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas

Time & Channel: 6:30pm ET on FOX

Super Bowl Sunday 2011 is the most awaited day of the year for the NFL fans. And this Sunday the 2011 AFC champion Pittsburgh Steelers will come face to face against the 2011 NFC champion Green Bay Packers for the NFL champion 2010 title. It is sure to be an exciting game.

This is the eighth appearance in the Super Bowl for Pittsburgh Steelers as well as the appearance fifth for the Packers. The Steelers hold the record of six NFL Super Bowl wins while the Packers hold three Super Bowl wins (they also have nine league titles before the Super Bowl-era). But you will be surprised to know the super bowl predictions 2011 – in spite of having 6 Super Bowl wins the Steelers are the underdogs here with the packers being the favorites! Whoa! Watching 2011 Super Bowl on FOX is surely going to be really exciting!

Super Bowl 2011: Players to Watch

Talking about the game there are a number of players who can be a deciding factor in NFL Super Bowl 2011. For example sixth-round rookie James Starks from the Packers can be a key player for the ground game to keep the offensive balance against Pittsburgh Steelers. Star quarterback Aaron Rodgers, Brett Fevre, Donald Driver, Williams, James Jones and Mathews too will play a vital role in placing the Packers as the 2011 Super Bowl winners.

On the other hand Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau is putting much emphasis on Steelers safety Troy Pola-malu, who is the league’s top defensive player. “There’s only one Troy Polamalu” – he said at an interview. And he is right! Mendenhall, Roethlisberger, Miller, Harrison can also pack a win for the “Black and Gold”!

Super Bowl 2011: Weather and Injuries

However, there are some bad news for the fans as well. Apart from the arctic weather which can cause hindrance in practice, both the teams are suffering from injuries as well. Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey has a high ankle sprain and did not practice on Wednesday and defensive end Aaron Smith (triceps).

Packers, on the other hand, have offensive tackle Chad Clifton down with knee injury, center Jason Spitz injured in calf and linebacker Eric Walden with the ankle injury. However Linebacker Frank Zombo , who has knee injury practiced fully on Wednesday.

Irrespective of all those Super Bowl predictions, any team can win 2011 Super Bowl and one thing is for sure… you will love this game! So watch out for 2011 NFL Super Bowl XLV on FOX this Sunday, February 6 at 6.30 PM ET live from Cowboys Stadium.
Hey NFL fans! This Sunday is surely the most important Sunday prior to the Super Bowl this year. Tomorrow we will welcome the AFC champion 2011. Yes, The AFC Championship game 2011 is to air this Sunday.

This time the match will be between two tough teams which have faced each other. So get ready for AFC Championship game 2011: New York Jets vs. Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday at 6.30 PM ET. Watch out for the match on CBS.

This Sunday, the New York Jets will face the Pittsburgh Steelers once again in the Heinz Field. Earlier in the regular season they have defeated the Steelers in the 2nd half. The championship game also may have similar results only with the Jets winning the game more comfortably.

The Jets took a much difficult road to reach the AFC championship game. They secured a win against the Indianapolis Colts (#3 ranked AFC team) and the #1 team in the NFL – New England Patriots. On the other hand, the Steelers had a relatively easy path, by beating the overrated Baltimore Ravens team.

The Jets will be playing De Ellis and a number of other players who were down with injuries. But whom we are all looking forward to watch it Bart Scott who has said “Can’t Wait” when asked about this match.

Many expect the Jets vs Steelers matchup to be a defensive battle but things might not be what they seem. Both the teams have scored more than 25 points in the AFC Divisional games so we should see point coming.

Jets vs Steelers 2011 AFC Championship game prediction foresees a Jet win. So get ready to watch AFC Championship game 2011: Jets vs. Steelers Sunday at 6.30 PM ET on CBS. Watch out for it! (I know I should be impartial but…Jet Set Go!)

Hey saints fans! Today you will have a great time watching your favorite team opening the NFL Playoffs with a game against Seattle Seahawks at 4.30 PM ET. Don’t miss the first game of NFL Playoffs: New Orleans Saints vs. Seattle Seahawks on NBC on DISH Network. If you love watching games, you are definitely going to have fun.

The New Orleans Saints will open the NFL playoffs with a Wild Card matchup against the Seattle Seahawks which will be played today at 4:30 p.m. (ET) at Qwest Field. The matchup will be nationally televised on NBC. So, the DISH Network viewers will have a good time watching the most exciting matchup on TV.

New Orleans (11-5) is at present the fifth seeded NFC club in this playoffs, while the Seahawks (7-9) has captured the fourth seed when they won the NFC West with a 16-6 win over the St. Louis Rams on Sunday.

Though the Seahawks are the home team, the people are not expecting some deep playoff run from them. They seem to be the underdog here. In fact, people are not thinking the Seattle Seahawks have much of a chance against the defending champion New Orleans Saints. But there is always hope as the Seahawks do not have to face Chris Ivory and Pierre Thomas.

However, as of now, the Saints stand a better chance of winning this game. But the Seahawks try their best, they will be able secure a win as well.

So watch out for the first game of NFC divisional round with NFL Playoffs: Saints vs. Seahawks on NBC Wild Card Saturday. You are sure to love it.

Hey NFL fans! It’s a game night tonight – the second match up of the NFL Playoffs wild card week. So tune in to NBC tonight at 8 PM to witless NFL Playoffs: New York Jets vs. Indianapolis Colts. Feeling a Déjà vu? Last year Indianapolis Colts thoroughly beat the Jets over the last 35 minutes of AFC Championship Game in this Lucas Oil Stadium!!! Let’s see if the history will repeat itself of there will be a whole new history altogether.

Although every NFL lover has a vivid picture of the AFC Championship game last year, things may not be quite the same in this match up – because these are not those Colts and the Jets have done some upgrading in the past one year.

Jets coach Rex Ryan said, “I think the fact that we did face the Colts in the championship last year [allows us] to know what to expect as far as their intensity, our intensity and the fans. We’re familiar with that environment. It’s going to be loud. I don’t think that is as big of a disadvantage as last year. I also think that we’re ready to play. I think we match up better this year than we did last year. The proof will be in the pudding. I just really think we can match up better.”

Indianapolis quarterback Peyton Manning also agreed: “ I think their players are better than last year. The guys that are new to the system, it is their second year playing in it. They added [Antonio] Cromartie at corner, who is a top cover corner in the NFL.”

Tonight, the New York Jets will be traveling to Indianapolis to face the Indianapolis Colts in the first game of the AFC divisional round. This game will be featuring big-time names like Peyton Manning, LaDanian Tomlinson Reggie Wayne, Mark Sanchez, and Darrelle Revis.

Both the teams have a fair chance of winning the match tonight. However, the Jets may be all charged up to take revenge of the past defeat and show some extra ordinary performance.

So tune in to NBC tonight to watch this amazing Wild Card Matchup of NFL Playoffs: New York Jets vs. Indianapolis Colts tonight at 8 PM on NBC on DISH Network. You will definitely love it!

Hey folks, are you excited about the game tonight? Its New Orleans Saints vs. Atlanta Falcons and we are sure that it is going to be a great game. So watch out for Monday Night Football: New Orleans Saints vs. Atlanta Falcons tonight at 8:30 PM ET on ESPN (DISH Network channel number 140).

The Atlanta Falcons can safely be counted among the best teams in this NFL season as week 16 of NFL 2010 comes to a close. A number of NFL fans might even short listed them as their Super Bowl favorites. At 12-2 the Falcons have clinched at least one Wild Card spot in the playoff. However if they are able to grab a win on Monday Night Football against the New Orleans Saints, the Falcons will be able to clinch the NFC South and will also enjoy a bye through Wild Card Weekend.

On the other hand the Saints, 10-4, still have chance to take over the Falcons. But for that they not only have to win on tonight’s game but also will have to win in week 17 and at the same time hope for an Atlanta loss. That’s a lot of hard work! But hey, there’s no shortcut to success, right?

The week 16 result can easily go against the Saints as Monday night’s game will be a home game for the Falcons and the stat shows that the Falcons are undefeated at home this season with a perfect 6-0. The Saints are 5-2 on the road and this proven ability to win while visiting can give some hope to their fans.

If the Falcons win, they will get NFC South and at the same time will clinch the top spot in the NFC overall. You know what does that mean? This means that the Falcons will have home field advantage in the playoffs, all the way to the conference playdowns. With their proven ability to win at home this can be a great edge for the Falcons. This may even lead them to another super bowl appearance.

If the Saints lose Monday Night Football: Saints vs. Falcons they will still hope for a Wild Card spot. However, but in week 17 they have to win against Green Bay as well as New York both which are at at 9-6.

Who will win? To know that watch Monday Night Football: New Orleans Saints vs. Atlanta Falcons tonight at 8.30 PM on ESPN (DISH Network channel number 140). In fact tonight is the last Monday Night Football of the season! Don’t miss it!

Well dudes! If the Pittsburgh Steelers want to ensure the AFC North Championship Title this year, they need to play to their strengths against the Carolina Panthers tonight. And if they do, we are all set to watch some good football tonight at Thursday Night Football: Carolina Panthers vs. Pittsburgh Steelers. Thursday Night Football: Panthers vs. Steelers will be televised tonight at 8:20 PM ET on NFL Network live from Heinz Field. Watch out for it!

The Carolina Panthers too can run the match tonight. In the last four games Jonathan Stewart has rushed for 460 yards. However, no team is more suitable to stop the Panthers than the Pittsburgh Steelers. Tonight the Steelers run defense must be fired up and should all ready to hold Jonathan Stewart.

On the other hand the passing defense of the Steelers has not been much dominant this season when compared to their rushing defense. However, Jimmy Clausen has not shown much skill as a passer either. So, if the Steelers stop the run, the Panthers will struggle to move the ball in the air. This could be a big game for James Harrison and LaMarr Woodley too.

The Panthers are probably considered as the worst teams this season at defending the run. They have allowed an average of more than 120 yards a game. Pittsburgh may pick up in this area. The offensive lines of both the teams have performed poorly this season.

In total, Thursday Night Football: Panthers vs. Steelers is a game which the Steelers should win. They have done a good job of winning against the teams which they should beat. They need to continue that trend!

So watch out for Thursday Night Football: Panthers vs. Steelers tonight at NFL Network (DISH Network channel number 154) tonight at 8:20 PM. NFL Network is available with America’s Top 200 pack.

After the New England victory against Green Bay on Sunday night, the Chicago Bears can bag the NFC North division title with a win over the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football. However, the Bears and Vikings will both have to play outdoors at TCF Bank Stadium as the Metrodome is not yet available to host a game. Watch out for Monday Night Football: Chicago Bears vs. Minnesota Vikings tonight at 8.30 PM on ESPN (DISH Network channel number 140).

Chicago did not lose a divisional game and has beaten Minnesota Vikings in Week 10! At the time the team was going through a five-game winning streak which ended with a 36-7 home loss to New England previous week.

The Vikings are supposed to start rookie Joe Webb owing to injuries to Brett Favre and Tavaris Jackson who is suffering from turf toe. Though Webb saw very limited action previous week he may have a scope to prove himself this time.

It seems that the Bears have a good chance to win this Monday Night Football: Chicago Bears vs. Minnesota Vikings. However, the Vikings too have a chance to win the game if they can brave the tough weather conditions outdoor! Since this is a NFL week 15 game the teams are playing more professionally and are trying to bring out the best games. So, anyone can win this match.

Are you ready for another great game at the Monday Night Football? Well, tonight we are going to experience a terrific game – Monday Night Football: Baltimore Ravens vs. Houston Texans. The game will air tonight on ESPN (DISH Network channel number 140) at 8:20 PM. If you are an NFL fan, you are definitely going to love it!

Prior to this, Monday Night Football game, Baltimore Ravens slipped a game behind Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC North after losing 13-10 to the Steelers previous week. Houston Texans, on the other hand, has lost five of its last six games. However, they are still in the hunt in the AFC South. The Texans are 14-7 in the month of December and January ever since Gary Kubiak became the coach in the year 2006.

Houston Texans have won 10 straight home games during those months. While the Ravens have allowed 17 sacks in the previous five games and are averaging just 3.6 yards per carry which stands 30th in the league. Besides the running game has been power for Houston behind Arian Foster who is the NFL’s leading rusher. Foster has already grabbed a single-season contract record with six (!) 100-yard games! He also happens to be the second-leading receiver of the Texans.

If looks like the Ravens are going to have a hard time facing the Texans on Monday Night Football: Ravens vs. Texans. The Texans on the other hand might just turn around and play a great game to secure their position. And if it does, Monday Night Football: Ravens vs. Texans is sure to get more and more exciting!

So, don’t miss the fun while watching Monday Night Football: Ravens vs. Texans tonight at 8.30 PM on ESPN (DISH Network channel number 140).you are definitely going to love it!
