Google, the global leader in public cloud computing and internet search technologies is all set to broaden its horizon and is trying to replicate the internet experience on television. The company has reportedly joined hands with Dish Network, a leading name in the satellite TV industry to perform a small test with the set top boxes provide by the pay TV provider. The test will add the android operating system of Google to the satellite TV set top boxes and enable a search feature in it. Through this feature a viewer can search the satellite TV content and at the same time can also search websites like YouTube with the help of a keyboard.
