The NCAA Baseball championship, Men’s College World Series 2010 is going to be a great event for the baseball lovers. The NCAA Baseball tournament that begins today will have 64 teams who will compete in the regional level. As per the game rules all these 64 teams will be divided into four team groups. Each of these groups will have a double elimination tournament among themselves and the winning team will participate in the second round or the Super Regionals.
This way there will be just 16 teams rising from the Regionals and just 8 teams from the Super Regionals. These eight teams will play for College Baseball World Series 2010.
There are 8 Pac-10 Conference teams in the brackets this season. These teams include Arizona State, UCLA, Washington State, Arizona, Oregon State, Oregon, Stanford, and California.
The Arizona State Sun Devils and the Washington State Cougars are the two most dominant teams among the participants in this tournament. These two teams will be participating for the second consecutive season at the tournament. On the other hand, the Los Angeles Regional looks equally competitive with LSU. This team has won the College World Series previous year.
