Yee Haw!!! It is finally that time of the year when you actually feel like riding… relax I was talking about riding a horse. The Kentucky Derby is here once again! Now get ready to catch the Kentucky Derby 2010 action on DISH Network.
This year, Kentucky Derby will bring you exciting and live actions once again. The popular derby event will celebrate its 136th year on May 1, 2010. You can now watch the Kentucky Derby live on NBC Sports on DISH Network on the said date.
The sports event will start off on 5:00 pm EDT. Prior to May 1, we are going to experience another exciting event – Kentucky Oaks Day which will take place on April 30, 2010, just the day before the Kentucky Derby 2010.
The Kentucky Oaks is considered as the “little sister” of the Kentucky Derby. Like Kentucky Derby, this event too has taken place for the past 136 years.
This year Kentucky Derby is raising funds for a noble cause. The race is joining hands with the Susan G. Komen for the Cure organization to raise funds for breast cancer research. A noble cause indeed!
