Do not want to miss the IndyCar series that will take place in the month of March this year but are not getting Versus Channel where this amazing event will be broadcasted? Well, you are not alone. Over 16 million sports lovers across the United States are facing the same problem. In the debacle of Versus Channel with one of the leading satellite TV provider, a large section of sports lovers are being the worst sufferers. As a result of this dispute between it and Versus Channel, DirecTV, the leading satellite TV provider of the United States has decided to give Versus channel a miss from their programming schedule.
The contract between Versus and the satellite TV provider ended on 31st August in the year 2009 and the later did not renew the contract ever since. According to both the parties, there are some pricing issues that are keeping the satellite TV provider to join hands with this premium sports channel. However, both the concerned parties are still blaming each other for this debacle and are showing no signs for improving the tangled up business relation among them.
It has been quite a few months now that the satellite TV provider has discontinues the Versus channel from the programming schedule. This has compelled a large section of sports fans to do away with their favorite season games and gaming series. If this situation continues for some more time then, the satellite TV provider may lose a large section of its sports loving clientele to Dish Network, its competitor dish TV provider.
