Was told by the tech it was leaves. Why is it only when the dish is hot it quits? I am not getting what I pay for and was told to go to Direct TV. We are always losing the signal which especially important in Tornado alley. Very small on-demand selection. I didn't get the equipment I asked for and then they charged for buying the receiver. I got a refund after a few hours on the phone.<br>The CSR's are very good, so I am guessing this is how they got the rating.<br>I also don't like the fact that changes may require another 2 year contract. I am ready to buy my contract out.<br>Overall a good picture and cost I guess is lower than competition, but when you lose your signal and there is a big storm...well not worth it to me.
